Taking a jet down on the deck guarantees an adrenalin rush like no other. The aircraft feels tight, close to the ground you realize just how fast you are going, your body fills with joy and the feeling becomes addictive. They say speed is life. To know what speed really is just push the throttle forward, go low and feel the rush. It is quite amazing!
Ever wondered what it would be like inside an Apache attack helicopter? Ride along these guys as they follow a river somewhere in Iraq. The gunner doesn’t really seem to be too impressed by this… guess this is just another day at work.
Step inside the cockpit as this helicopter performs a low level fly by over the fields. Gotta love the helicopter for giving its pilot the possibility to entertain himself from time to time with some low level action 
I think this helo is a Robinson R-22 but I’m not really sure.
The French really do know how to make good videos. I’ve said this for quite a long time now. Anyway, check out these cool pilots and their Pumas doing some really crazy stuff over the deserts of Chad. That low pass over those three soldiers is really scary. I bet if I were in their shoes, I’d shit myself in fear. Enjoy!
There is a saying: “Given enough thrust, even bricks can fly… the F-4 Phantom is proof of that!” Check out this German F-4 Phantom as it pushes the limit further down with every pass. Must have been quite a spectacular sight, especially that last low pass.
On the rocky hills of Afghanistan there really isn’t much to do for the soldiers… and this is why they need a little bit of distraction. Guess a Viper coming in low and fast is quite a thrill for these guys. Actually, I pretty much think this is cool except the part where the Viper leaves us in a cloud of dust. Oh well, the F-16 is really an awesome jet!
Another great video from the French. This time it’s the Gazelle helicopter in what appears to be a low altitude training exercise. These low level flights are quite intense… the helicopter feels very tight, very responsive and the rush of seeing the ground pass under you at high speed is quite spectacular.
The F-104 Starfighter is a truly legendary plane. Some remember the good, some remember the bad… anyway this red Starfighter performing some high speed low passes is probably a spotters wet dream.
This F-16 comes in for a very very low level high speed pass. Some might argue this Viper was way out low, but who cares… as long as the crowd was pleased
