There have been quite a lot of stunts performed by skydivers over the years and this one has to be one of the coolest of them all. Jumping out of a perfectly good airplane is already a sign of madness, but jumping out of a perfectly good airplane without a parachute and with just a pair of shorts on you is definitely beyond crazy… or so it would seem. My personal opinion? Coolest jump ever!
Well, there are many ways you can take a walk and a few ways of jumping out of an airplane… and then there is of course walking on the wing of the plane and jumping away. Yeah, that’s pretty cool but can you do that without the chute?
Record breaking 80+ formation. Two jumps were made in an attempt to set a new world record in the parachuting sport of “canopy formation”. The historic 81 and 85 person jumps were planned by a group called CF World Record 2005. The skydivers secured themselves to each other by wrapping their feet around the lines of the parachutes below them creating this wonderful parachute diamond.

One of the most extreme, crazy, mad, insane … ( and the list can go like this for pages ) stunts I have ever seen. Surely, he knew what he was doing and was in control the whole time, but man, there is something about having a burning parachute over your head that gives me goose bumps. Ever heard the expression: “He’s on fire!”. Yeah, that sounds kinda right for this one.
This guy loses his right risers and quickly finds himself on the way down. It’s not the fall that kills you, it’s the sudden stop at the bottom. Luckily for him, he manages to open his reserve chute, land safely in the drink and live to tell the tail.
Sometimes, parachuting at your own wedding might turn out to be a really bad idea. And when you decide to take your friends along for the ride things might really take a nasty twist. You just have to see this one and make up your own mind.
This guy is just one of the unluckiest, and in the same time, luckiest man on Earth. His first free fall ever ends up with two crashes. Now that is really serious, but he survives. Double chute accident in the same jump, and the man lives to tell his tale. Lucky or unlucky? What do you think?
